About the Job:

The HORECA market offers huge opportunities, it is up to you to discover and unlock them. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Danoner, who can deal with complexity and can motivate the team to do the same.

It is not only about reaching the sales targets but it should be your intrinsic motivation to go out there, build relationships across the channel.

You shape relationships, you don’t just find opportunities but you create them. In this role you will not only work on an executional level but we need you to come up with ideas to develop the HORECA channel to its fullest,

You should be creative and strategically strong and need to act as if it is your own business. Internally you will be the Go-to person and channel expert. With your expertise you ensure that your colleagues in finance, supply chain and Marketing are fed with information, so together you can maximize the HORECA market.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, in your past experience you have created sales where others haven’t. If one approach doesn’t work you are the one who thinks creatively and you do what it takes to make it happen.

You have the ability to talk on all levels. You know sustainable relationships count.

You are experienced in the field and you have worked with branded products. If you believe you can play the champions league in a complex environment, we really want to see your application.

Job Requirements:

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.

· Gained experience in a developed market place/multinational organization.

· Holds a College Degree. Having a UAE Driving License is a must.

· Developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.

· 25 to 32 years old

· Fundamental understanding of business planning and marketing plan knowledge.

· Ability to cultivate growth using analytical skills while viewing financial data to evaluate the profitability of a new account.

· Facility with numbers, numerical information, and basic trade math

· Ability to effectively operate in a multi-dimensional, complex environment and interact with all levels in organizations.
